Do you know how to buy or not to sell

$PayPal (PYPL.US)$ In fact, there are opportunities to buy or sell options. Unfortunately, I don't know whether to buy or sell. Last week's 5k didn't go; it's over. Fortunately, yesterday's 3k went half way; today it was hammered by the wind. I hope there will be a miracle tomorrow. Why do I get it to the end every time???
