China Silver Technology(0.107, 0.00, 0.00%) (00515.HK) announced that on July 7, 2023, subsidiaries of listed companies (subsidiaries in which the company owns 100% shares) and joint venture partners have entered into a joint venture agreement to establish, invest and manage joint ventures to engage in joint venture projects in China. According to the joint venture agreement, the registered capital of the joint venture at the time of establishment was RMB 10 million, and it will be funded in cash by 51% of the listed company's subsidiaries (RMB 5.1 million) and 49% (RMB 4.9 million) from the joint venture partners.
