So who is suing them?

$BioXcel Therapeutics (BTAI.US)$ stock had the craziest month on all of its 5 years of trading and now they are potentially getting sued by investors that lost 100k . its crazy how a stock that was trading in the 20 range last year is now not even 10$ and potentially could go lower since it hit below 6$ (hitting a 52 week lowest at 5.88$) “December 15, 2021 and June 28, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
