$Intel (INTC.US)$ some comments doesn't makes sense for me. The company will create a new company to be more competitive and reduce the burden of the priduction cost. The analyst argue; intel will have to pay the product at the market price, of course, but without the burden of the actual HIGH production cost they have. Is like Ford manufacturing their own tyres and suddenly they decided to create another company, BECAUSE THE HIGH COST, to reduce them, and be more competitive. So, I think Intel will be more competive in the future, the new company would be specialized on the product and Intel developing chips.
