Apparently, we are seeing the solar sector are benefitting from the recent announcement to lift ban on renewable energy exports, it will help to enhance the country's green economy policy.

What happens after that?

After that, price went sideways and started an uptrend. This is a study of how regulation and government policies can affect share price of the company. If the policies are in favour of the sector/company, it is worth spending time studying the companies.

Not to mention, from the macro economy point of view, the world is switching to the renewable and have a huge ambition to increase the usage of renewable energy, aim to increase from a share of 24% to 85% by 2050. Solar PV from 223 GW to 7122 GW which indicates a huge growth in the sector.

 I have a rule of investing in company which is trending at least for the next 5 years. If you do not know how to gauge what is trending, follow my rule: Ask yourself, will more people consume this in the next 5 years? If yes, combine your research and analysis to support your investment decision. If not, just stay away from the companies or sector.

Growth is the key factor for stock price to go up, and I believe huge growth in AI, Renewable energy, Blockchain and EV.. Do you agree?
