$Fonar (FONR.US)$Over the past 5 years, with the exception of a slight decline of 1.7% in 2020, revenue has grown slowly for 4 years, with an average growth rate of 4.6%, and operating profit falling sharply by 38.3% in 2020. It took 2 years to return to pre-pandemic levels. In 2022, it increased by 28.7%. Net profit was affected by income tax, and it still did not return to 2018 levels in 2022.
Revenue for the first 3 quarters of 2023 was almost unchanged, with operating profit falling 31% and net profit falling 27%.
Currently, the price-earnings ratio is 9.5, and the price-earnings ratio is TTM 11.2. Considering that revenue is basically no longer growing, it is unattractive.
