$ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ ETF (SQQQ.US)$ it's been super rough here bag holding in mid 17s now. No way to time it but earnings to me seems the easiest way for funds to exit these and bag profits. Rotate into another play or bag the call premium and flip short.
With how far extended we are the market is just waiting for the signal. I imagine we will get a hard sell off followed by a recovery attempt that will sell off as well.
Regardless of how strong inflation numbers appear or the diminishing hikes.. The terminal rate is going to stay elevated and valuations will come into play. Stocks aren't going to see covid highs all around.

  • Make it Big : The trend is still bullish and I am afraid that sqqq will go down further. I did a check on whether there is a floor to the extend of the drop and noticed that sqqq had a 1 for 5 reverse split on 13 Jan 2022 when the price is too low. At that time.the price was $6.34 before the reverse split. Hope a correction will happen soon.

  • razo2 : is a similar play from 1970 where politicians over shadow the fed government decisions. the fed government certainly cannot cut rates even at 2% that is what Paul Volcker did and inflation immediately spiked.

something will crack. but I feel Biden doesn't want to be known as the President that caused the 2023 financial depression.
