Looking forward to coming 1st Aug dividends & even next higher dividends following next ex date, as SIA year end revenue as usual are stronger due to holidays summer tourist travelling. Next year 2024 will hit 8.0, let hope so. Seat tight! SIA going to fly high with new added assets too.

Terra Stock Watch : I have a few lots in CPF and the rest in CDP. Growing these fishes in the pond until they reach maturity at values about 10. The dividends are nice extras. Likely to head to AGM to understand about company plans and directions
friend688 OP Terra : I had bought at $4.80 and sold at $7.5. I had already profited. Actually it’s not expensive as it is use to be $10 & $11 dollars before covid. So just ride the next wave on longer term. This counter is government assets with high revenues. Bright & stable future.

friend688 OP : How can it be at value $4 to $5 which is low revenue less travelling pandemic period just ended? With current status going at 30% each quarter SIA profits. SIA is actually under price now for such revenue frequency.
