xlv has gone up, xlu has gone up, who is next?
A few days ago, I sorted out S&P's 11 major sector ETFs, and I'm optimistic about XLV. After that, xlv began a wave of gains, and now I have lost some of my profits. At the time, I was still puzzled as to why XLU was not rising. I only bought a few observation warehouses, and then suddenly it rose. Along with the fall of tech giants, these undervalued sectors are finally waiting to run out of money.
Currently, the breadth of the market has improved markedly. This is a good sign. The stock market has basically confirmed that it has returned to a bull market, so you can rest assured that high-quality companies have been underestimated. In addition to XLRE being crushed on the ground (because I don't know when interest rates will be cut, there is also TLT), and even the financial sector, which can thunder at any time, has risen. Later, after Damo's earnings report, the sector rose because I was worried that Goldman Sachs's earnings would not be good, so I took the opportunity to sell it. The previous judgment on the Dow's strength was generally correct, only because the timing of stock selection and entry was uncertain, and not much money was made. But it doesn't matter. If you keep reviewing and summarizing, you will always improve.
Although I have the image of a stock god, I'm not a big deal in the stock market, ha; I mainly invest in real estate. The stock market has been playing around recently. My current feeling: While the Federal Reserve keeps interest rates high, problems with the US economy will probably occur between 2024-2025, and the Fed will have to bail out the market. The stock market took the lead in pulling back and is likely to enter a bear market again. Then real estate will drop drastically, and may even collapse. In the end, the Federal Reserve may have to release water again. The stock market and housing market will have to go through bottom consolidation before entering a real bull market in 2025-2026. Of course, this depends on the game between China and the US. If China collapses, US stocks will stabilize, but as a Chinese, I hope this will never happen.

Finally, let's talk about positions.

I bought about 8% of the position, and I posted when I bought it. Currently, half of the positions have been taken profit, and HD positions have been added.
