KingKhongWS : You can withdraw your desired amount when your cash available turned cash withdrawable. Just like the Subscription Workflow, the Redemption Workflow require time to process and move your cash to you.
Brianjh : You have to redeem the profit into your universal account first, after which you can withdraw it. But remember, it requires a few days for the cash to be settled in order to reflect on your withdrawal-able cash
