Tesla and 'the boy who cried FSD' reportedly under investigation by California Attorney General.
Investigation is focusing on safety issues associated with the company's Autopilot feature and allegations of false advertising of Full Self Driving.

The safety issues include phantom braking. Full Self Driving is misleading. It's not L4 or L5 fully autonomous.

TeslaSmurf : Usual BS against the software (and hardware) that will leave ALL the others in the dust. Not for wishful thinking but for an amazing technological supremacy: it will be the only driving Ai, based on visual data, as humans are, but with a much wider spectrum (from thermal infrared to fog seeing ultraviolet). Of course it is still in BETA version, in other words a work in progress getting better and better as the compute power and the data increase by the day. The version 12 (not Beta any more) will be released within the next 6-12 months and it will guarantee better driving capabilities and way more safety than the average human. Though Teslas are ALREADY the safest cars around: ALL the statistics PROVE it, with numbers, not with random FUD…
