$Fidelity Funds-Global Technology Fund (LU1046421795.MF)$ Si...

Since June, I realise Fidelity Global Technology Fund has change their portfolio allocation to include more semiconductor companies like TSMC, Texas Instruments, NXP Semiconductors, Applied Materials, Qualcomm, Samsung Electronics, Intel
I feel the allocation seems good as of now (my opinion*), as big tech was performing really well in first half of the quarter. But recently markets had also broaden to other sectors such as financials, Semiconductors, Industrials, Materials, Energy, Oil and Gas, Consumers Cyclicals and Utilities.
Hence the greater allocation into semiconductor might be a good point of entry as global demand for semiconductor might pick up some time within the next 1-2 years as more computing and AI would be the key driver of the future. I assume this is a longer term strategy that fidelity is trying to achieve.
ohh and I forgot to say this... this isn't financial advice* it's just an observation!
