Have there been any changes in the selection of investment destinations?

Interest rates are still low compared to advanced countries, so the scheme and power to manage assets by borrowing yen should not wane. However, since loan interest rates cost up to 0.5% extra, I think investment destinations will concentrate on higher yields and safer ones.
