I called customer service yesterday and asked for reference to those who are in doubt!
The situation is as follows: if you deposit 10,000 in 5 installments during the promotion period and end the promotion within 30 days, you will see this interest in 7 working days, regardless of your previous balance on the account. Note ⚠️: during the promotion period, the calculation period is based on the date of your first deposit for 30 days. If during the promotion period you make another deposit of 10,000, but it is 10 days later than the first deposit, then 10,000 is also 5.8%, but it is calculated in 20 days. And so on... If your first deposit of SGD 10,000 during the promotion period is on July 13 and SGD 70,000 on August 12, then this 70,000 SGD is only calculated as 5.8% of S$70,000 per day
