gancheong spider : There were some questions on the disposal so thought I share my understanding of it.Temasek indirectly own 38.02% of Seatrium bcos they own Startree, Fullerton, DBSH and Keppel in varying %. These 38.02% shares are directly own by Startree (35.4929%), Fullerton (0.2936%), DBSH (0.0158%) and Keppel (2.1496%). Keppel's disposal of 50m shares (out of a total of approx 26billion shares owned thru the above 4 companies) translate to a decrease of 0.07% stake in Seatrium for Temasek. Keppel's disposal of 50m is about 1.22% of what Keppel owns. They now have 2,1496% of Seatrium, down from 3.37%.
