Past reports of robotaxi mass production in China that didn't happen

There were past reports about so-called "mass production" of robotaxi or autonomous vehicles in China that didn't happen. In reality currently the robotaxi or autonomous vehicles in China is still in testing stage. Here are 3 examples:
19 November 2021:
CEO Robin Li announced the plan Wednesday during the company's earnings announcement. The company in 2023 will start mass production of electric vehicles equipped with the group's proprietary self-driving technology.

9 February 2022:
In July 2021, AutoX's newest Gen5 system-equipped RoboTaxis started rolling off the production line. In January, AutoX shared an inside look at its end-of-line, Level 4 fully driverless RoboTaxis dedicated production facility located near Shanghai.

18 May 2021:
Established in 2017, Aion released its mass-produced Level 3 autonomous car and the world's first 5G-enabled car in 2020. The carmaker said it aims to launch Level 4 autonomous cars in 2022.
