Why hasn't the US economy gone into a full-blown recession?!

Because the US government is printing massive amount of money into their economy! Bidenomics.
For example, the Inflation Reduction Act, which is projected to pump about 383 billions for energy spending, but Goldman Sachs expect the loose interpretation from the Treasury would jack it up to 1.2 trillions!!! The Pandemic spendings, hundreds of billions more. The Chip and Science Act which would inflate to 200-300 billions spending. The US government is spending massively to props the sickened economy. However, this means inflation will last much longer, rate will stay higher for longer, and wealth is massively transfered from everyday citizens to the mega rich tech companies.
This means that stocks of companies that borrowed a lot of money will be in big trouble, much more than they could anticipate. For example, $Medical Properties Trust Inc (MPW.US)$ will crash when the dividends stop comming because the high interest rate has eaten up more than what they earn, and they have to borrow more to give shareholders dividends.
This is why US establishments in Congress and government are untrustworthy, and why the MAGA republicans did not want Kevin McCarthy as Speaker. He had delivered nothing during debt ceiling saga. His deal effectively removed the debt ceiling for now and allowed endless spending, which empoverish the normal people via inflation and enrich themselves and their pupet master.
