On the NASDAQ, a delisting warning is issued when the stock price is traded at less than 1 dollar for 30 consecutive business days, and if 1 dollar cannot be recovered during the 90 business days thereafter, it will be delisted in principle. So, we'll still be watching for a while.

I think the timing of buying depends on each person's sense of market price.
