bentanstone OP : If the selling of aviation is happening, shareholder capital A will received 0.4 AAX (or new company) share as dividend (worth 0.60 now) . Debt will drop to 100mil. ADE is expected contribute double revenue at year 2025 with good profit margin. Seem like no reason to realise gain at this moment, right? Net of dividend, the share price is about 22 cents only. PE will be extremely low if ADE perform well from now till 2025.
