On 2024/4/20, against Prince Nishimoto Takeshi, President and Representative Director of Chugai Mining Co., Ltd., based on Section 303 of the Companies Act,
Six shareholder proposals were made.

① In response to the shareholder proposal, the shareholder name manager of Chugai Mining Co., Ltd., and the securities sales section 1 manager of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank
Regarding dividend payments proposed by our group to shareholders without any legal basis,
Make the dividend payment date July 18, 2024,
From around 17:34 on 2014/5/17, call 03-3256-●●●●●
I threatened Katsura Hidemitsu.
Also, regarding the same dividend payment, Chugai Mining General Affairs Section Chief told me around 17:05 on May 23, 2024,
If the first securities sales manager of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank is on 2024/7/10,
I told them they said they could accept dividend payments.
I think the company is legally shareholders', but the employees of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and Chugai Mining

(A) From line 2 on page 41 of the same document, “Proposals No. 4 to No. 9 are based on proposals from 3 shareholders.”
It makes a false statement. Since there are a total of 4 proponents, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and Chugai Mining
Intentionally, a general shareholders' meeting convocation notice, which states that there are only a few proponents, has been prepared and published.
Incidentally, it is Mitsui Trust and Banking that actually edits and prepares the general shareholders' meeting convocation notice.

(i) From page 44, line 3 of the same document, the 5th bill is located in Yugashima, Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture,
The company's board of directors objected to the proposal to prepare for the reopening of the Mochikoshi gold mine owned by Chugai Mining, that is,
“We suspended the mining business at the Jikoshi Gold Mine in 1972 due to deterioration in profitability due to loss of mineral content, decline in quality, etc.
Even now, due to the huge cost balance of mining technology, re-investigations related to business resumption, equipment, etc.
We believe that the mining business cannot be expected to be profitable.”
It says, but this is a blatant lie.

Since Mochikoshi Gold Mine had a residual soil runoff accident that occurred in connection with the Izu Oshima Earthquake that occurred on 1978/1/14,
Operations were temporarily suspended, but operations resumed in 1978/5.

The reason for this opposition is that Chugai Mining Co., Ltd. is based on Section 24 (1) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act,
