RedDevil7 : EU replied that BYD fully cooperate with the European on the investigation of trade practice, unlike the rest.
On the other hand, not quoted by EU, BYD has big factory there. BYD is a sugar daddy to them.

bullrider_21 : BYD was found to receive the lowest subsidies among those investigated. Made in China Tesla cars have to pay 21% tariffs. It is important that Tesla don't receive special treatment while receiving China and US subsidies.
