Latest PT for MAXN from GS (which had been a long-time MAXN cheerleader) out on 6/4/2024 was $1.0, adjusting for the 300% dilution, the actual PT would be $0.33. Taking into consideration of all the risks associated with MAXN against the backdrop of potential reward, it just doesn't seem to be very compelling at $0.21.
