The company stated that it has not signed a cooperation agreement with MN Holdings, so it clarified.

According to the announcement issued by MN Holdings on August 7 on the Bursa Malaysia exchange website, MN Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary MN Power Transmission private limited company has signed a memorandum of understanding with China State Construction Engineering (Malaysia) private limited company for cooperation in procurement, development, and undertaking of proposed projects, especially in the electrical utilities industry.
