In the current "world situation and the high dollar/low yen exchange rate", what is the position that can handle "uncertainty" as much as possible?

From the very beginning, if you thought 'the title is so long❗️,' I'm sorry 🙇.
Humans encounter 'various events' as they live for a long time. Just a moment ago, while taking a bath, I was thinking about what kind of 'response' to take in tonight's 'American market' and tomorrow's 'Japanese market.'
Actually, last night I was 'hardly sleeping, creating a record of responses in the Japanese market.' So, I am 'so sleepy,' but I was planning to continue 'creating data for Japanese market trading' on the computer and do a little 'buying and selling in the American market' on my phone (lol) while I was at it.
Then, a "notification" from moomoo Securities. What caught my eye was the "title" above. Thanks to Toro-ji, uncertainty has increased in the American market, and today's "Japanese market is feeling the aftermath" ⇒ directly overlapping❗️ Therefore, is daring to "enter the tiger's den to get the cub" a very "risky thing indeed?"
Just, what was the lesson from the event three months ago, ⇒ "August 5th (Monday) Reiwa's Black Monday"?
As for the "dollar-yen exchange rate of speculative traders", the carry trade was indeed "only about half resolved❗️", I remember. Therefore, if Toro-ji's "foreign import tariffs, ❗️increases, etc." were to happen? They might "take advantage of that opportunity❗️." That day, relying on memories from about 18 years ago during the "Lehman era", I made a "full-scale bottom buying with reserve funds❗️" and somehow succeeded in "extinguishing the fire🔥." I should have realized that it is dangerous in "selling and buying positions".
Due to various factors, for about a month now, I have been "liquidating some of my Japanese stocks." Last night, I did the "same process" in the American market. And tonight, it's also the "same plan." Unfortunately, being a "pseudo individual investor," neither is a "significant amount"...
If vague "uncertainties materialize" again and the exchange rate moves to "yen appreciation❗️・dollar depreciation", then being able to deal with it in "any way possible" is an option for such "risk management".
I apologize for the lengthy message, but it can't be helped❗️ The market is about to open❗️. Everyone, have a "great day".
