$China SXT Pharmaceuticals(SXTC.US$ Low floaters always run, just look at WORX they were basically the same thing. Just needs volume so if it can hold support near a dollar long enough volume will come in, then its just about wether that volume will be mostly buyers or sellers, thats the big question
