2024 Half-year recap
At a blink of an eye it's June again, I'm new to MooMoo and so far I've lost money.![]()
I started investing during may and I lost RM4.00 in that month. I started by Investing in $Vanguard S&P 500 ETF(VOO.US$.

After I buy it, it drop until the end of May and I have lost arround RM4.00.![]()
It only went up afer May.
In June, I deposited more money to invest in shares and so the first thing I bought was $YTL(4677.MY$, it was a bad choice. I didn't wait for it to turn around before I enter.

102975596 : VOO's average gain is 7-10% p.a., you will get this gain eventually in a Bull market. No such thing as straight line diagonally gain, it will be like rollar coaster with an overall upward trend. If you cannot manage your emotion, I suggest investing on fixed deposit or T-bill which are capital gurantee
