103293958 : Thank you for the update. I am new to this. I bought ST Engin stock before the ex-dividend but didn't get credited. Contacted St Engin but the staff just directs me to contact my bank. Is there anything a shareholder must do after buying the shares? Like register with St Engin? Or inform the bank?
_MK_Watcher_ OP : As long as your CDP Account registered your actual holding, you should have the designated dividend credited. (provided do not sell them off before the xd date).
For SG investors, normally the dividend credit is completed by the end of the payment day they officially published, very rare to see the process needs more than three business days.

Your answer was more detailed than the St Engin staff who didn't bother explaining anything and just directed me to my own banks. Sorry for my follow up question. I bought some St Engin shares through Moomoo too. Before x-dividend date and I didn't sell them. Do you know where I can find the dividend? Is it credited to my Moomoo account? Or is it automatically sent back to my bank account that I connected to Moomoo?
