212 is a key resistance line and it's being broken so good things might happen

$iShares Russell 2000 ETF(IWM.US)$ this rarely sees a 2nd green day in god knows how long the past several months but when it does see a 2nd green day it will be extremely good and start a new rally i am quite bullish on this
