3 Dow stocks, 40 S&P names hit 52-week highs

$Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI.US)$ components Intel, $Microsoft (MSFT.US)$ and Walmart all hit new 52-week highs on Wednesday, with Walmart trading all-time high levels back to when it first began trading on the New York Stock Exchange in August 1972. Microsoft all traded at all-time high levels not seen since its initial public offering in March, 1986.
Meanwhile, 40 names in the S&P 500 also hit fresh 52-week highs, including $Amazon (AMZN.US)$ , $Loews (L.US)$ and $Broadcom (AVGO.US)$ .
