5.8% cash voucher
hi, i see my account receiving and used the 5.8% voucher on 31 august. however i have mot seen my account being credited. whereas in another post, a user rec the voucher late but already seen the money credited. can anyone help?

Dadacai : The cash from the coupon should be in on 4 Sep. Are you sure it is not there? Accounts > All Functions > Funds Details.

Dadacai vgxsy OP : Yes, I understood you have received the coupon. After the coupon is used, the cash should be credited within 1-3 working days, usually 1 working day. Hence, you should most likely have received it on 4 Sep. Go and check Accounts > All Functions > Funds Details or your statements. Maybe your app is not updating properly. If you still don’t see it, please contact customer service.
vgxsy OP Dadacai : Hmm. I din see it. I have rec all the $2 vouchers. Contacted the customer service privately but they are not answering my question. Thought posting here like the other user will get the information easier.
To be clear, the system used the voucher and I rec the money. That include the voucher rec in the same day as the 5.8%
