toomanyscammers : hi, 1-3 July u mean? anyways, just wondering what's your outlook about reits in the mid-long run ,say next 5 years, as they grow in low int environment but we are obviously past sub zero or near zero percent rates now. even sm lee hsien loong mentioned one year that we were past the period of low rates now. do you think they are still a good tool for capital appreciation, especially for those who have been invested in it since the pre-covid or COVID era when it enjoyed lower rates. just wondering since REITs is a popular investment asset for many pple, especially those in the sg market.

1) What are the advantages of Nasdaq Totalview LV2 compared to the normal view? If possible, can we have a live demo on Moofest.
2) How do we use Greeks and other Moomoo features to select an expiration date and strike price when we trade options?
3) When will Moomoo roll out a debit card and what are the benefits of getting one? I hope Moomoo can announce it on Moofest.
4) How do we select dividend stocks in Singapore? What is the outlook of dividend stocks amid a strong and stable SGD? I think there is a talk about investment in Singapore.
