5% Forward DPU. Worth it?
in worst case scenario, 16% drop in DPU due to Neo Telemedia unable to payout. We are looking at 5% DPU with current unit price.
Below 1.7 is just a fair value to me.

gentle Iguana_2693 : yes, dividend is just round the corner. Effectively the cost price is X-dividend. The troubled GDCs are located in and for the greater bay area. if drop further shall pickup again.
104085035 : Problem is they not doing anything and cant do anything for how much longer? Another 1 year? Past 5 months they can only beg and cry, dont dare hire lawyer cos of cost and wont get back much.
gentle Iguana_2693 : these are very huge capacity, not one or two tenants, these are blocks and blocks of data centre. worst case is to evict and go after a vaporised entity. best case is work with 地头蛇 to lease out unit by unit.
