5sgd ntuc voucher from seedly
To elaborate, the conditions for receiving the $5 voucher seem a bit dishonest. It appears that we're required to leave a 5-star review to qualify for the voucher. If we rate the product or service with 4 stars, our review is considered for the voucher. And if we rate it with 1-3 stars, we're completely excluded from receiving any voucher at all.
This approach feels somewhat manipulative and doesn't encourage genuine feedback. This marketing tactic has been done a lot of times in the marketing industry, especially Google reviews, product feedback etc. Well, 有样学样 好的不学

Anyway I think It's important for businesses to value all feedback, regardless of the rating, in order to improve and provide better experiences for our customers.
But overall, I did enjoy the seedly event

Cui Nyonya Kueh OP : @Mars Mooo What are your thoughts about this?
Mars Mooo Cui Nyonya Kueh OP : Just be truthful in your feedback. I am sure that there is room for improvement, and if your feedback is valuable and can help make MooMoo better , I have no doubt that MooMoo will listen and improve in order to achieve the highest possible rating . But seriously, you really want to give MooMoo 1 to 3 stars? Is MooMoo so lousy, meh ?? Or maybe you want more than $5 ?
Cui Nyonya Kueh OP Mars Mooo : My point to say is that, during seedly event, the staff said need to give 5 stars review in order to get the 5$ ntuc voucher.
If you give 4 star, your voucher will be "considered'.
if you give 1-3 star, you won't even have the chance.
so if people don't like the seedly, but they want the voucher, they must lie or force themselves to give 5 star review in order to get the free $5 ntuc voucher. this was also stated in their terms and conditions of giving out this voucher.
for me it's not ethical. very poor thing, so much kiasu have hurt their principle in order to get the voucher
I have already given 5 star rating but I feel it's not right to force people to give 5 stars if they don't like the event but I did enjoy the seedly event so I gave them a 5 star
Cui Nyonya Kueh OP Mars Mooo : Fyi
Lobang King : This is really poor ethics
Cui Nyonya Kueh OP Lobang King : but this has been done by many marketing industries leh
Lobang King Cui Nyonya Kueh OP : Most better ones usually say give us your honest review. Not give us your 5 star review..
