Dennn : 99 = PE 34 X expensive. Mr DIY IPO rm1.6 public portion oversubscribe level 0.07 x. it fall below its IPO price shortly after opening in first day, but managed to close higher. 99 > Mr DIY in term of share issued. need lot of fund from institution to push price up.
