A huge decrease in holdings seen among Institutional Investors

I'm not too sure if it will hit $1000 in recent times but anyhow the big investors have profited from this and might have already cashed out a large portion from it. From that, I don't quite see a high potential of reaching a grand milestone in a short time.

Just a humble opinion of mine from what the market doers are doing
