A nightmare July where the yen depreciated rapidly 👿
The dreaded July has come to an end 😱 The first half followed the trend of stock prices in June, and large high-tech companies were doing quite well, but the tide completely changed due to the Trump shooting incident and semiconductor regulations against China.
In the first half, “I wonder if I'll go to plus 10% this month?” My head was a field of flowers, but when I finished, I started Moomoo and it was the lowest record of minus 5%![]()
The stock loss itself is probably about 2%, but dollar assets gradually decreased due to the appreciation of the yen, and there are losses of about 2 to 3% due to exchange losses 😇 but the monthly results were negative 5% was a line I wanted to stick to, so it's almost safe 😞

When the dollar yen was over 160 yen, the act of transferring part of the dollar assets to yen was good. However, this is just because Japanese stocks are doing well and I wanted to buy them, so it's a coincidence that we were able to reduce exchange losses in this area. Nonetheless, even though the exchange rate fell by 7% or more, it was a big part of the fact that it was settled with a loss of 2 to 3%.
Also, the correct answer was that it became no positive after the sharp drop. There was a sharp drop even after that, but it didn't eat, and I was able to spend my time without worrying about the ups and downs 😌
Point of reflection (Problem)
There was a sharp drop of 2 times from the top when it was full positive. The first time happened all of a sudden, so to be honest, it was unavoidable that I ate it, but it was painful that the second sharp drop from there was also eaten at full positive. After the first sharp drop, $AAPL.US$ has returned, but other than that, there were only stocks that didn't return, so I thought it was suspicious and I should have reduced my position 😣
Also, $Metaplanet.JP$ It's also remorseful that I missed out on skyrocketing stocks such as 😭 If we were able to take this, we could have improved our total results a little more.
Actions to be utilized next (Try)
When in doubt, I would like to reduce positions and welcome lost opportunities.
Also, I would like to keep my antennas up when I'm not positive so I don't miss small-cap stocks.

As I've said many times, I think July was an insanely difficult market. The person who finished July with a plus is amazing, let alone when I saw a post about doubling my assets, I thought it was a god 👼
I'm also worried about the lawn next door, but I want to stick to my own strategy. It's a style that progresses smoothly in an upward market, but now the market is really rough due to the appreciation of the yen, so I want to be pretty careful when buying again.
You don't always have to buy anything. Taking a break is also an investment 😪
