Currently, $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ technical analysis shows that after forming two double bottoms, AMD has experienced a sharp decline due to less-than-optimistic earnings expectations. This drop has nearly erased the gains made in response to the positive earnings report.

The key takeaways from this earning is the investments in AI infrastructure by major tech companies and the recovery of the PC market.

I remain optimistic about both of these trends. Coupled with the technical support levels, if the Fed cuts rates by 25 bp in Nov., we could see a rebound of at least 10%.
