AA doesn’t want MOASS

Why would he?
better to have a few small squeezes a year to keep people investing.
So if you were the CEO, what’s better for the company?  People investing year over year because they BELIEVE they will eventually get rich? Or a MOASS actually happening?  One keeps the money coming in for years, regardless of crappy fundamentals, 10 for 1 RS and forever additional stock offerings (dillution) ?
Or MOASS, which causes everyone to sell all over just a day or two, believing that was it “The Big One”.  What happens to the price then?
Do what you want, of course…y’all know I’m nota fan, but I’m curious about those who have  intelligent differing thoughts to offer on this?

  • GrayMan : makes zero sense 🤷. I bet you a weekend at Bernie's if AA could control this it would have been settled long ago.

  • StrykerAce OP GrayMan : You don’t think he’s orchestrating this brilliantly as far as in incoming operating income strategy?

  • GrayMan StrykerAce OP : well if so that would be a malfeasance of office and he will be next door to the rest of the criminals at Seymour Johnson soon. Either way, we still win 😎

  • BagLover : So are you saying that we should all sell now?  Later?  When?

  • StrykerAce OP BagLover : I’m not saying you should sell.  I really wouldn’t know what to do if I was still holding at this point.  I just believe in having the information be out there for both sides of this discussion, is all.

  • GrayMan : also there is nothing illegal about dilution to raise capital. sure dilution sucks in the short term but if he doesn't save the company your shares, options, and scalps will be no more on this ticker.

  • StrykerAce OP : You’re 100% correct about that.  Same for the reverse split, but would people be investing and holding as much without the idea of moass?

  • GrayMan : moass is based on the belief that AMC has "billions" of sythenthic shares. if this is true then what do you think will happen to price if shorts are margin called and have to buy back "billions" of shares?

  • GrayMan : AA can only see the float, he issued the float. He has no knowledge of anything outside of the float. (I'm sure he is definitely aware) but he has no control, your issue with that part is with the SEC and others not AA. I'm not taking his side at all but i do know as a publicly traded company his hands are tied on a lot of things when it comes to legal. maybe bitch at the SEC more or even AA's legal team would get more traction 🤷

  • StrykerAce OP GrayMan : I believe there is some truth to the synthetic shares, but that’s not uncommon. I also believe that data cannot be counted on as accurate, or even up to date.  It’s also not as dire for shorts as regurgitated over and over again. If it were, shit would have destroyed the fan years ago. The larger funds get a ton of leeway by the watchers anyway… and it’s been that way for decades.  The two squeezes I witnessed were based on an upward trend (partially from closing positions) that was Amplified by retail buy in.
