Bloomberg reported that the Department of Justice has sent a subpoena to gather evidence with a potential antitrust lawsuit in mind. Is Bloomberg's report accurate, or is it true, as stated in this article from [Min-kabu], that Nvidia has not received a warrant from the Department of Justice? I would like to know which is the case. Reports related to stocks often include articles like this one from Bloomberg, which can be described as 'sensationalist,' and cause the stock price to fluctuate subtly. We as individual investors are sometimes bewildered by these articles and may make mistakes in judgment, resulting in losses. If Bloomberg's article is incorrect, what will be the responsibility?
