According to an article in the Nikkei newspaper, it was revealed on the 3rd that the US Department of Justice has launched an investigation into the American semiconductor giant, Nvidia. Bloomberg reported that the Department of Justice has sent a subpoena to gather evidence with a potential antitrust lawsuit in mind. Is Bloomberg's report accurate, or is it true, as stated in this article from [Min-kabu], that Nvidia has not received a warrant from the Department of Justice? I would like to know which is the case. Reports related to stocks often include articles like this one from Bloomberg, which can be described as 'sensationalist,' and cause the stock price to fluctuate subtly. We as individual investors are sometimes bewildered by these articles and may make mistakes in judgment, resulting in losses. If Bloomberg's article is incorrect, what will be the responsibility? Also, is it appropriate for the Nikkei newspaper to pick up and disseminate Bloomberg's report as an article? Is it permissible for articles related to stocks to be reported without adequate verification? Or is Nvidia lying?

  • 181338057犬心久美子 : NVIDIA doesn't tell lies ‼️
    Why don't they provide 100% evidence? ❓
Even if they receive an order to submit documents
They just obediently comply with it,
    Their conscience is clear.[undefined]✌️

  • ☆ラジエル★ : Nvidia has not received a document submission. Even if we receive one, we will fully cooperate with the U.S. Department of Justice. That's my information. I think we were reported out of jealousy by other companies. And of course, if you monopolize the market like that, you will be investigated. Well, it's the fate of giants and emperors. It's not good unless the U.S. Department of Justice has their eyes on you. I want the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate my company too. It's because our sales are so amazing, right?

  • MONKEY D TANDEMU : They're stirring up and writing as they please without any evidence in any article. Of course, which one is right, it's the fan CEO, isn't it?[undefined]

  • 181338057犬心久美子 ☆ラジエル★ : Thank you for your comment. Exactly as you said‼️[undefined]

  • 181338057犬心久美子 MONKEY D TANDEMU : Thank you for your comment. In any business world, feelings of jealousy and envy seem to exist. There is a lack of maturity in facing them head-on with a spirit of 'I won't be beaten, I won't lose.'[undefined]
For example, in The Magnificent Seven (now? 7, right?), I hope they will inspire each other and make progress together.
