Accurate speculation on share count 😉

$Fisker(FSR.US)$  8-k did add 775M shares. Since there is a prior post that failed at saying its wrong. ill re-emphasize with the same evidence. what does it mean when a vote wins to increase class A shares from 1.25B to 2B? a 775M share increase according to my calculations 🤓 my dear watson. Class A shares offer significant benefit in the event of a sale or when an outside force wants to obtain more voting power=partnership merger/or big investors. aka the calvery is on de wey bruddah reposition and hodlllll!
