wwwarrior Stock_Drift OP : Well, I'm not terribly sure. From what I can tell it's something they are doing to raise capital, which is good for the company so that they can keep innovating. So I'd say it's a good thing.
But I've also noticed that the average retail investor seems to panick anytime the wind blows, so sometimes when they see a company selling shares to raise money, they steer clear.

I guess in this case I'd say that it's good
