$Actelis Networks (ASNS.US)$ when you reduce your price, buyers want it to be cheaper and cheaper! why do you reduce your price? how can you prove the stock is decreasing since some stocks increased 300% without any reason (without any good news about it)? the only reason the stock drops down is you reduce the price and you lower your price again and again. I won't sell my shares if the price is too low, and I can't find a good reason why the stock will drop. Therefore, your low price will cause both you and other sellers to lose money !

Same for those who wait until massive breakout confirmed then lowball their bids to buy in cheaper because they wanted to be 100% sure thing it was running before they buy! Which in turn slows momentum. Gives shorts someone to buy their borrowed shares. Drives price down! Then those same people are the first to complain and call a ticker junk because the price is dropping after they do finally buy in! Hehehe.
