Ultraboom : Esos price is determined before hand, usually at a slight discount towards share price at the time, in this case prob ard the time the price was 70+ - 80sens. The amount is also fixed at <10% of total outstanding shares, management can't simply issue esos at massive discount towards current price. The management has done a good job, not many companies in bursa can go almost 10x in <2 years, esp one this size, so management deserve to be rewarded, and esos is a great incentive versus paying high salary which can instead be used to invest, pay debt or dividends

Ultraboom Dragon Fish OP : Good that u knw better than me, but what's the problem here? Management / employee exercising esos is normal, why do u keep complaining abt it?
Ultraboom : If it wasn't for the insiders of the company working hard and doing a good job, the stock wud not have rallied so much and made us money, so u Wan to work them hard but dun Wana reward them?

Ultraboom Dragon Fish OP : I dun focus on share price, it can move up or down, I cud care less, as long as fundementals are intact, its better if it goes down cos it's cheaper and I can buy at discount, remember volatility is a feature not a bug, unless you're speculating then you only focus on the price
