6 more weekly candles towards earnings. how do u think it will be like?
my guess is that best case this can only go around 138. (theres gap between 136-138). i used to think that it will be like previous earnings where amd actually stick to the upper pennant before earnings.
but whats different this time is that it broke below the pennant which i think best case it will come back to the lower pennant (where cathie topped up) before earnings.
previously i was pretty bullish on AMD, but zooming out after a month based on weekly chart.. i do not see a bull flag anymore. well.. chart is chart. the previous earnings was actually pretty decent in terms of overall. so it makes me really wonder... how much does amd need to impress wallstreet for next earnings?![]()

Jacky Tam : i just add some more during pre market when down to 116. i think it will slowly going up, as people would expect some news from earning.
pootpoot OP Jacky Tam : 6 weeks is pretty long. if we based on the recent semicons earning activity.. broadcom and micron only start going up towards earnings week. so would amd be any different? i dont know.
