$Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ Expected... Either AMD retail investors fail to see and always fall into shorties trick or they always assume that they could 'catch' the entry and exist timing.. Unfortunately, retail investors always lose.. AMD is more suitable to invest long term. Else you will always buy high (FOMO) and sell low (FUD). Play die yourself...

digimonX : Exactly right. When it was in the $150 - $160 range, I saw many experts saying just repeat buying @ $x & selling @ $y to make lots of $. Worked a few times & it broke out of the range with big move to the upside. Pattern didn't work no more & they missed the big leg up.
Yesterday, saw the same guys saying buy @ $159 & buy more as it dipped even more. It just kept dipping. No retail investors/gamblers/traders can get the timing right. I have not seen 1.

Capital Gains : there was alot of sign in the 185 range it wasnt gonna go over 190.. i will give some people props spending 4 days trying push it over but there was just to many many sale orders sitting 187-190. to me this company is worth about 165-170 share. Personally I wouldnt buy it for more than where it sits at right now 155. But honestly if BIDEN doest distroy the chip industry this will be the last year youll see this stock at 150 unless they do a spit..
digimonX 102796003 : $225 is near the all-time-high. Good that u can hold this out. Most stocks incl AMD will be much higher by end of the year. The bull run can last thru at least half of next year. If u have spare funds, can avg down a bit. Just be cautious Sep/Oct cud be another period of pain.

digimonX Capital Gains : Actually, I think it is the news outlets like Reuters, Bloomberg, etc that have been the assholes spreading FUD abt all export restrictions & stuff. Many of these things are not new. They always quote some fictitious people that cannot be named & keep recycling these every few weeks. Everytime they do, some chip stocks tank.
