Bill A OP digimonX : I don’t hate it. It is what it is. $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ $Arm Holdings (ARM.US)$ $Dell Technologies (DELL.US)$ are all good companies. But their stocks are all overhyped and overpriced.

1. cursing the stock to drop?
2. posting dumb comments when AMD executives exercise to sell their shares while u keep quiet when executives in the company that u invest in eg nvidia sell their shares?

digimonX Bill A OP : AMD was nearly bankrupt years ago. The current executive team brought it back to profitability & now surpassing Intel in CPU tech. They have done a good job & deserve to be awarded shares & cashing in.

So, is this a good reason for u to keep bashing the company while u don't own any shares & seemingly have no interest to invest? There are other junk companies out there. Why r u not bashing those?

Bill A OP digimonX : You’re not quite there yet. I won’t still call this a confidently profitable company. Their gaming and embedded revenues are bleak. There’s no visible ROI from the Xilinx acquisition. And the AI chip sales and its future are ambiguous.

digimonX Bill A OP : Semiconductor industry is cyclical. Demands go up & down based on cycle. There has been over-purchase by customers during the covid yrs, then followed by digestion period now. Gaming consoles r at the end of cycle. When Sony & Microsoft introduce new consoles, the segment will go up again. u just don't have understanding of the industry.

Now it is AI cycle. This is why nvidia is reaping the benefits. If AI bursts, nvidia will be in the same situation, as it has experienced before during crypto mining burst. This is not new.

Why does it bother u if profitability is not there? u r not invested & have no interest to invest.

So, other than hate, what reason is there for u to keep bashing the company, cursing the stock to go down?
