still, a bit far fetched for AMD to produce gpus near 5080. i think 5070 might be possible, since theyve always been in that space. In fact if they can sell it at a price point much cheaper than say 4070 with the performance of 4070, many consumers will buy those instead of 5000 nvidia series.
For serious AI horse power, i think the big dawgs are also placing maximum order for gpus from AMD. i doubt there is need to be worried about semiconductors in general…
