what's interesting is cathie bought in on Monday around 139, yesterday around 137. total of 3.9 (1.5m followed by 2.4m). (that's a rather quick averaging).

yesterday amd setup in terms of technicals was quite a nice breakout settings. i posted 143 if fail(20ma), likely make a move down 141.34(breaking of structure)or lower. sadly it went down pretty quick and I only hedge a fair bit. kinda caught me by surprise with the involvement of cathie purchase on Monday.

now at this point if we look at all the other semicons, soxl, soxs even nvda . I think it can really go either way. but in the short term I would remain a slightly bearish outlook . reason being is that i think nvda isnt done with the correction yet. and that semicons like micron &amd which was at their breakout level got denied.

furthermore we have broadcom earnings coming on 12/12 and it might tank like the other semicons bringing another wave of sympathy drop. I think I would just monitor further once amd key level (134) is broken I think it's another leg down. meantime I guess I'm rotating to recovery sectors. will be back again when amd can finally close above 20ma. Just my personal speculation and opinion.
