Today announcement, AEMULUS want acquire 60% remain share of subsidiary TMSS from 唐人（宁波) to make it whole owned subsidiary. The reason given is want full control of decision making and different view (唐人宁波want focus on semicon assembly market, but AEMULUS want focus on ATE test market). Hmm... Wondering it will help AEMULUS hold the stakes of China ATE market shares or there are conflict with China company 唐人宁波in TMSS Board decision making? Any opinion?
