Considers obesity can be addressed through dietary improvements and exercise without the need for medication. -> Can't say it out loud, but might be right...?
For now, it means that Mr. Musk has been appointed as a responsible person for a new position outside the government, on a temporary basis, as he paid a huge amount of money.
There may be some commotion after the government is established.
